  • FOC (Free of Cost) Ratio: One teacher/accompanying staff per 11 students
  • Each teacher is responsible for supervising 10–11 students
  • Teachers must manage discipline, safety, and well-being throughout the trip
  • Expected to help coordinate activities and ensure protocol compliance
